The village aims for 500 residents in 200 homes, plus a global wellbeing hub serving up to 20,000 people/year with holistic medicine, therapies and retreats. It will also have its own school, organic farm, full water/energy independence, recreational facilities, and eventually a small airport using the land's existing airstrip.

You can apply to become one of the 25 Founding Member families by joining the current round (open for June only), with lot reservations starting at 50K as a contribution toward total costs ranging from 175K for a tiny house lot up to 1.5M for a signature villa. You can apply to the Neos Village Unit Reservation Program (the Pioneer round), open until June 30th, which requires a meaningful financial contribution toward your future unit. Pioneers, together with last year's Founding Members, will move into the first 40 units of the first cluster (the Lake cluster); applicants can join information calls on Thursday 25/6 or Saturday 27/6, or email village@neos.life.

Neos is offering 16 Pioneer units at cost, priced from €175,000 to €1.5M, across five categories plus a signature villa near the healing center. Pledging is not an investment with fixed ROI but a commitment toward co-ownership of the land and, where applicable, home development — the size of your land/home allocation scales with your contribution (e.g. a €200k pledge might cover a €100k land share plus €100k toward building a home), and founding members get discounted or free access to the Center.
