Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Neos Village Home Reservation Program ("Neos Village", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit our reservation website, respond to our advertisements, or contact us. The data controller is New Earth Center, Unipessoal Lda (Alentejo, Portugal). You can reach us about privacy at village@neos.life.

• Contact details you give us — name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
• Application details you choose to share — your story, household, preferences, home choice, intended contribution and similar answers.
• Payment information for the reservation fee, processed by our payment provider (we never see or store your full card details).
• Usage data — how you move through the funnel (pages reached, time spent), your browser/device type and approximate location from your IP address.
• Advertising data — if you arrive from an ad, the click identifier and campaign parameters (e.g. Facebook fbclid, UTM tags), and, for Facebook/Instagram lead forms, the email and name you submit there.

• To operate the reservation program, respond to you and provide your portal — on the basis of your request and our contract with you.
• To send you transactional emails (your magic link, confirmations, reminders) — on the basis of contract and our legitimate interest in following up with interested applicants.
• To send you the Neos newsletter — on the basis of your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To understand and improve our funnel and measure our advertising — on the basis of our legitimate interests and, for cookies/pixels, your consent where required.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Lead Ads to measure and improve our advertising. This lets Meta tell us, in aggregate, how our ads perform and helps us reach similar people. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares the details you entered with us so we can follow up. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the program, under appropriate data-protection terms:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing for the reservation fee.
• Resend — sending our emails.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and lead forms.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your data for as long as needed to run the reservation program and our relationship with you, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

Subject to applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email village@neos.life. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
