Terms of Use

The websites at neos.life and its subdomains, and the online services running on them, are operated by New Earth Center, Unipessoal Lda (NIPC 501735810, Herdade de Batepé, São Geraldo, 7050-094 Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal) together with its group companies New Earth Vision, Lda and Neoslife Ltd ("Neos", "we", "us"). • You may browse the sites and use the services we offer (information, newsletter, retreat and event bookings, the village reservation programme, member and team portals) for lawful, personal or business purposes.
• Accounts are personal. Keep your login details confidential and tell us if you believe they have been compromised.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use, interfere with the operation of the sites, or use them to send unsolicited messages.

Text, images, video, designs and software on the sites belong to Neos or its licensors. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Trademarks, including neos·life and Neos Village, may not be used without consent.

Retreat and event bookings are governed by the conditions shown at the time of booking. Participation in the Neos Village reservation programme is governed by the documents you sign (memorandum of understanding, promissory purchase agreement and related community documents), which prevail over these terms in case of conflict. Information on the sites about the village describes a development in planning; plans, timelines and prices may change and nothing on the sites is an offer capable of acceptance.

Where we use licensed open-banking or bank API services, they are used only to read account information of Neos group companies for internal reporting. We do not read members' or customers' bank accounts and never initiate payments through those services.

The sites are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the sites, for interruptions, or for third-party content we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
