Volunteer on the land
Live Neos from the inside. Stay one to four weeks, help about 4 hours a day where the land needs you, and share vegetarian food and daily life with the team.

Many hands make a village
Volunteers join the land crew and work alongside the team: in the gardens and olive groves, in the kitchen, with guests, and on everything in between.
In return you live on the land with us, eat together, and see from close up how a retreat center runs and how a village begins.

The work
What volunteers do
Tell us where you would like to help. Most days mix a few of these.
Gardens and farm
Tending the market garden, the olive groves and the gardens around the Center, under the guidance of our regeneration partners. Feeding and caring for the animals: chickens, geese and peacocks.
Kitchen
Helping to cook for the team, for guests and for retreats, with local organic produce and what the garden gives.
Hosting and events
Welcoming guests, looking after the houses and kitchens, and setting up the spaces for retreats and events.
Care of the place
Looking after and improving the buildings, with some plumbing, electrics, building or handyman skills.
Who we are looking for
People who come to give
Many people are drawn to Neos by their own need for rest and healing, and our retreats are there for that. Volunteering is different: we look for people who come to give.
Steady, self-leading and kind, happy to work hard, calm when things get busy, and in tune with the culture we live by.
